Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on items providing the following terms and conditions are met.
- We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.
- a refund or exchange is only available if the item is returned in its original condition, not damaged, worn or used and within the 30 days of purchase date.
- we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
- we do not pay for shipping costs on refunds and this will have to be covered by you.
- we cannot accept refunds without requests first, please see below on how to start the refund process.
- Once we have received your item, we will inspect and see if it is eligible for return, you will then be automatically refunded on the original tender. please remember this can take time to process through banks etc.
Faulty products
- If you have had the item for less than 30 days and provide a proof of purchase we will give you a full refund on receiving the item, to the original payment method. Please contact on the below email first, we cannot accept refunds on items without requesting first.
- please inspect your items immediately on delivery and report any damages or issues with your order straight away so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
- after 30 days and up to 6 months, we will endeavor to repair the product or if this is not possible we will offer you a replacement.
To start a refund, please contact us at laurajaynehammonds@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not pay for return shipping and items send back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
